Training Materials
Through the JUMP (Joint Uganda Malaria Training Program) partnership between UMSP and the Infectious Diseases Institute of Makerere University, we have developed a training program in malaria case management, targeted to staff at government health centers in Uganda. Staff of Uganda’s national Malaria Control Program and other stakeholders are active collaborators in this effort. This training program has been evaluated at sites across Uganda, and has been shown to have a measurable positive impact on malaria case management. Results of the evaluation have been submitted for publication and will be posted on this website soon.
